1. Booking will only be held for 14 days once deposit is requested

  2. All bookings will be treated as tentative until deposit received and can be cancelled by either party until that time

  3. Deposit will be the total cost of 1 nights stay - 2 nights for public holiday weekends - or $500 in case of whole site booking

  4. Deposits will be deducted from your final invoice and can not be ‘rolled over’ to future bookings

  5. Bookings can only be made up to 11 months in advance

  6. Full payment is required on arrival including any bond (See Booking Form for bonds)
    BONDS cover lost keys, damage, extra cleaning. Return of Bond is at wardens discretion and their decision is final.

  7. Any faults or damage MUST be reported immediately to duty warden

  8. Prices on day of arrival will be those charged, NOT at time of booking

  9. Management will advise of any price increase over 10% from time of booking prior to arrival

  10. VACATING - Cabins MUST be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure.  Campsites by 12.30pm.  You are welcome to use the facilities of the site after those times but vehicles inc. caravans, trailers etc. must be off site.  If you overstay you may loose any bond and/or incur an additional nights fees.  The gate will be locked on Sunday at 1.00pm and a $50/$100 call out fee will apply.

  11. Deposits/Fees will be forfeited if cancellation is within 14 days of arrival except in cases of price rise 

  12. Scout Groups - NOT Scouting families - taking part in bona fide scouting activities receive a 30% discount on buildings. Camping fees are $5 per head per night. No site fees are charged.

  13. Bookings for cabins over public holiday weekends will be for minimum 2 nights. From 21st Dec to 5th Jan minimum 3 nights minimum

  14. On arrival Proof of identity eg. Driving Licence is required for person that made booking

  15. Sites can be changed at Wardens discretion dependent on ground conditions or other factors

  16. Cheques will only be accepted from registered community organisations and scout groups. Members of the public can use cash, EFT or EFTPOS

Scouts Victoria approves the Hirer’s use of the facility on the following conditions:

  1. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to use the facility for the approved use only and to indemnify Scouts and hold harmless from and against all damages, costs, actions, claims and demands that may be sustained or suffered or recovered against Scouts by the Hirer, its servants and employees, or any other person whatsoever.

  2. Scouts do not insure the Hirer’s property or legal liability exposures. Consequently, Scouts strongly recommend that the Hirer obtains adequate insurance protection throughout the full duration of the event for which the facility is to be hired.

  3. The Hirer acknowledges that to the fullest extent permitted by law, Scouts its servants and agents are not under any liability to the Hirer or to any third party for any loss of or damage to any property or injury suffered. This includes any legal liability that may otherwise arise as a result of any direct or indirect act, neglect or default by Scouts or any of its servants or agents.

  4. The payment of a deposit or camping fee is deemed that you have read, understood and will abide by these conditions and the Campsite Rules. Copies available on request
