The site covers 43 hectares. and has a total of 50 campsites and 5 cabins providing a total of 59 beds.  The majority of the campsites will easily accommodate 2 caravans being a minimum 300 sq meters

We are a family friendly campsite and we welcome your furry friends provided they are kept on a lead/leash at all times and not left unattended.   We ask you clear up after your pet.

We are open all year and available for bookings from both the public, community groups and of course scout groups.  Scout events take priority so some weekends may not be available due to scouting actives taking place.  

We are situated approximately 40kms from Moe Victoria (see map) and 150km from Melbourne

We are ideally situated to explore Mt Baw Baw National Park and the ski resort, Mt St Gwinear, Wahalla Gold Township and many other local attractions

Nestled at the junction of the three Tyers Rivers we have some very good fishing

There is also access to the Gippsland High Country with many 4 wheel drive tracks close by.

We also have a fully consecrated Chapel which is popular for outdoor weddings.  Please call our booking officer to discuss packages 

Caringal Scout Camp is run under the Policies & Rules of The Scout Association of Australia and has a Management Committee who oversee the day to day running of the campsite.
